Developing a Resilient Community Together

Unlike traditional mug clubs and customer loyalty programs,

THE SCRUM incentivizes participation not payment.

When you sign up to become a community developer, you get rewarded for showing up and supporting the creation of a dynamic and resilient community.

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

The Scrum is our new twist on the classic mug club—built for regulars, fans of independent art, and anyone who wants to help us build a resilient community here in Pittsfield. Joining is simple: sign up once, check in each time you visit, and start earning rewards for supporting small businesses, independent artists, and mission-aligned nonprofits.

Members unlock points every time they come through the door—whether you’re just grabbing a pint, catching live music, or stopping in for another one of our events. Points add up to exclusive perks like private parties, limited-edition merch, exclusive beer drops, and more.

Each month will be divided into weekly sprints, and you’ll be able to earn 1 to 3 points for each visit to our taproom. We’ll be kicking this off in January 2026, but until then, you can sign up to be the first to know when this goes live.
